👥 CREW WANTED - Find Crew

This forum is for Pacific Puddle Jump skippers and boat owners who are looking for crew members to join them for part or all of the PPJ adventure.

It is also open to sailors who wish to become crew and are looking for a boat to join for the crossing or a specific leg of the journey.

Whether you are preparing your boat and need extra hands on board—or you are a motivated sailor seeking an offshore experience—this is the place to connect.

How to Post

If you are offering a berth (Crew Wanted), please include:

• Boat details: type, length, monohull or catamaran

• Route & destination: planned itinerary and final destination

• Departure window: approximate dates and location

• Crew profile sought: experience level, skills, certifications (if any)

• Onboard expectations: watches, responsibilities, shared costs, safety standards

• Duration: full crossing or specific legs

• Boat atmosphere: family-friendly, performance-oriented, relaxed cruiser, etc.

• Your sailing experience and skills

• Availability and preferred departure window

• What you are looking for (full crossing, specific leg, learning experience, etc.)

• The PPJ organization does not screen, match, or endorse crew or vessels.
